Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from their description. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused after delivery and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Important Notice About Pre-Owned Items
All our items are high-quality used products. Expected wear and tear consistent with pre-owned items is normal and not grounds for return. We carefully describe each item's condition.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@sangwenipo.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been washed, altered, or used after delivery are strictly non-returnable
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items with normal wear and tear expected for pre-owned goods (minor scratches, slight fading, etc.)
